MyJamano.com is a Gambian blog site made for the youth to voice and discuss their opinions, challenges and solutions. We believe that our systems; political, social, educational, economical etc. can be improved for a better Gambia and Africa. Many youths are not happy with most of our systems, hence we want to effect positive change. However every system works on procedures, rules and regulations called processes. These processes are define by people, and for change to happen, it needs to start with the people. We are the people and change occurs in the present.

A professor once said, “change has a pull and a push factor“. The ones benefiting from the current system wouldn’t allow change to occur (They Pull) but the ones fighting for change to occur will have to push.
It begins with awareness to discussions to realization.
This is the mission of Myjamano.com. We are creating the platform for the youths; the future leaders of the Gambia and Africa, to raise awareness and come to the realization that we need to change our mindsets and push for change in the processes that support systems we are not happy with.
